Renting a bike at the Haagsche Stadsfiets
Bicycles are available for pickup starting at 10.00 a.m., or 11.00 a.m. if not available earlier, and should be returned by 11.00 a.m. the next day. Outside of business hours, bicycles can be securely locked, with keys to be deposited in the mailbox. Please be advised that electric bicycles must be returned by 06.00 p.m. on the same day. If you plan to rent an electric bike for an extended duration, a charger will be included with the bike. Kindly return the electric bike by 06.00 p.m. on the last day of the rental period.
- We do not require a deposit.
- Presenting a valid ID is a prerequisite.
- Secure your bike in advance for assured availability.
- We exclusively offer daily rates and do not provide half-day or hourly rates.

This is how you book at Haagsche Stadsfiets:
- Click on Book now from the home page
- Select a location
- Select the date
- Select the desired bike
- Enter your details
- Pay directly online using iDeal, credit card or choose another payment method
- Pick up your bike with the reservation number you received and have fun cycling!
Please be advised: Unpaid or prematurely canceled reservations will not be processed, leading to the absence of a confirmation for the reservation.
