If you have rented a normal bicycle for one day, you may return it no later than the following morning before 11:00 a.m. Electric bicycles must be returned the same day before 06:00 p.m.

Yes, you can. You may lock the bike in front of the door and throw the keys through the mailbox.

All regular bicycles may be returned by 11:00 a.m. the next day or outside of business hours. The electric bicycles may not be locked in front of the door, nor may they be returned the next day and must be returned on the day before 18:00 p.m. The touring bike with 24 gears may also not be locked in front of the door, but may be returned the next morning before 11:00 a.m.

Yes, you can, as long as you don't damage the cargo bike. 

No, unfortunately not. You must be over 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license.

At location The Hague Center, you may return city bikes with back pedal brake, 3-speed and 7-speed, regular tandems, parent-child tandems with exception and children's bikes that you rented in Scheveningen. The bikes you cannot return in the center are the 24-speed bikes, electric bikes, electric scooters and all cargo bikes. At location Scheveningen, all bicycles rented in the center may be returned. 

If you pick up your bike after 5 p.m., you will not be charged for this day. You can return the bike the next day before 6 p.m. (provided there are sufficient stocks) and this day will be charged. So you pay for 1 day instead of 2.  

On the day, you cannot make a reservation online. You can drop by the store or give us a call. 

No, that is not necessary. You rent a bike from us on presentation of a valid ID.
